“Nice newer place and super convenient location”

“Easy parking. Right next to the office and stairs so be aware you will hear noise from that and the people staying above you. No oven. Right next to the beach and close to all the shops.”

“We had a wonderful time walking on the beach and just spending time with family visiting family from the Portland area, driving up to estoria to see the Gooniesi's house. And the boardwalk in seaside, just generally digging in the sand on the beach, building the sandcastles with family. We were not able to make coffee due to the coffee pot being broken. But we may do with the teapot, no big deal. There there would have been a bit more hot water in the hot water tank. That would have been nice....

“Exactly as advertised, except that the outside is better than the impression you might get from the pictures. A great place to stay at the coast if you don't need to be waterfront or have an ocean view. Perfect base for exploration, within easy walking distance of the beach and local restaurants.”

“The home was comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. We were traveling with our dog. The bare wood floors made it easy to keep things clean, especially as it was rainy while we were visiting the coast. The host was very welcoming and communications were excellent. We especially appreciated the easy check-in, check-out procedures.”

“I didn’t have a need to communicate with the owner, thus the 3 score. The property was clean and bright and smelled of fresh paint. Stocked with what we needed. Couldn’t get the TV in the kitchen to work. We didn’t stay our last three nights here as we really wanted to be in Newport. I would stay again but not for a week. ”
