“Very close to CSU, walking distance. Convenient to Old Town and many places to eat and drink. Overall it was very quiet but on a couple occasions you could hear the train in the early mornings. Inside was clean and it had the amenities for a short stay. The fridge was a little small but that is due to the size of the studio apartment. “Location was ok, close enough to downtown. However Rooms were not serviced, poor dark lighting, heating was not working during minus degree outside temperatures. No coffee, tea or kettle etc in the rooms, no breakfast facilities in hotel, no chairs to sit on in room. Refurbishing of the whole hotel was ongoing and noisy at times. Rubbish bins on landing were not emptied during the 4 days we stayed. This is basically an old motel that has had its day.”

“Our room was not replenished, so I could not make coffee in the morning When I went down for coffee in the lobby, it was lukewarm. There was not enough hot water to make a tea. The men's bathroom was out of toilet paper in the morning, as well. ”
