'A Bayview Beauty' si trova a 100 iarde dalla baia di Chesapeake su un tranquillo viale alberato di mirto. Rilassati e goditi la vista sulla baia dall'enorme portico schermato, LR e BR al secondo piano. Prendi l'ombrellone e le sedie per trascorrere la giornata in spiaggia adatta alle famiglie ... a pochi passi dalla veranda. Aggiorna dopo una giornata in spiaggia con la doccia esterna. Entra nel mudroom piastrellato per cambiare e fare la doccia. Cenare in una cucina ben attrezzata, la sala da pranzo può ospitare comodamente otto persone. O .. a piedi 3 isolati da ristoranti / quartiere dello shopping. Rilassati nel casual LR con mobili comodi e tavolo da gioco. Due nuovi letti queen-size / due letti gemelli in 3 BR completano la giornata! Biancheria fornita. 6 posti letto. La casa è stata rinnovata con cura, mantenendo il suo fascino originale. Dipinto di fresco e decorato con colori e temi da spiaggia, offre un'atmosfera pulita e riposante. Certificato di ispezione di sicurezza cittadina in casa. Rilassati, riposati e rinfrescati .. La casa è stata approvata dall'ispettore del codice di sicurezza della città con certificato rilasciato e si trova nel nostro raccoglitore di benvenuto. Ulteriori opuscoli / informazioni sono disponibili nella nostra casa e nel nuovo Welcome Center a sud della città, a RT. 13 vicino al CBBT.

Dintorni / luoghi da visitare: la spiaggia si trova a 100 metri dalla nostra porta di casa. Il molo di pesca della città, i negozi e i ristoranti, la biblioteca pubblica, l'ufficio postale e i luoghi di culto sono a pochi isolati di distanza. I campi da golf Arnold Palmer e Jack Nicklaus Signature, aperti al pubblico, con pro-shop e ristorante "Coach House" sono 2-3 minuti. guidare. Il porto turistico con ristorante "Oyster Farm" e negozi si trovano all'estremità opposta della città. Guida S su RT. 13 troverai un negozio di alimentari Lion Food, un negozio ABC, Dollar General, McDonald's e varie attività commerciali uniche nella zona. Il parco statale di Kiptopeke, un rifugio della vita selvaggia nazionale e il nuovo centro di accoglienza si trovano vicino al tunnel del ponte della baia di Chesapeake. Attraversando il CBBT si trovano Virginia Beach e Norfolk / Int. aeroporto (35-40 min), Giardini Botanici. Aeroporto di Newport News, Williamsburg / Busch Gardens storica (1-1 1/2 ore) su RT. 64 da Cape Charles. Chincoteague-Assateague e Tangier Island si trovano a nord sull'autostrada 13, rendendo queste fantastiche gite di un giorno! Esplora la costa orientale o semplicemente rilassati sulla spiaggia !!

My wife and I stayed here for our 28th wedding anniversary. We’ve been staying regularly at rentals in Cape Charles for over 15 years and this was easily the most unwelcoming experience we’ve ever had. It started with an extra contract we had to sign and return and a weird way to pay. We were called immediately after we arrived which may have been a coincidence but felt weirdly timed. There were rules posted in many places in all caps and detailed lists of what to do and what not to do. We just generally felt unwelcome and uncomfortable the entire time. The water smelled like boiled eggs and hot water lasted for 1 shower. There’s no WiFi, one small TV with basic cable. I’m sure all these details are clearly listed in the description but after staying at many similar rentals, this was not an enjoyable experience for us.

We loved our short stay here. The cottage was very nice and located in a great spot. You could see the water from the screened in front porch. The cottage had everything we needed and was very comfortable and clean!The owners were awesome at communicating and everything was a breeze.We love Cape Charles and will definitely stay here when we come back!

We planned a quick get-a-way and decided to come to Cape Charles to spend the day and stay over night. The house was charming with plenty of room. The owners communicated well and they were very accommodating on my last minute trip planning. The beach wasn’t far at all and town was in walking distance with nice weather. We came in March so it wasn’t perfect beach weather but we are hoping to come back when it’s warmer!

Cape Charles is a quaint, charming little town! The house was very welcoming, comfortable and full of charm!! So close to the beach and main shopping street. The screened in porch was perfect for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails! Sad to leave, but look forward to coming back!

We had a wonderful week at the Bayview Beauty. The home is comfortable, the kitchen is great to cook in, we loved sitting on the front screen porch and the location cannot be beat.

We only stayed a couple of nights to visit with family who were in Cape Charles for a week. This house was perfect for our family. Clean, beautiful, well appointed, comfortable beds, wonderful hosts. The location was great - less than one block to the beach and a short walk to town. I parked and did not drive again until we left. The screened front porch was a great spot for family to gather. I adore this house!!

We enjoyed our first time in Cape Charles and hope to go back to spend more time. This rental is a very charming older home in a neighborhood filled with the same! The home had everything we needed inside and landscaping and w wonderful front porch to enjoy outside. Loved that we could park the car and walk to shops, restaurants and to the beach. Looking forward to another visit.

My friend and I rented the Bay Cottage for a relaxing fun weekend in Cape Charles. This was our first visit to the area. The location is great, not even a block to the beach. We were able to park the car Friday and walked all over town and didn't get back in the car until we left. The water pressure in the shower is fantastic. The house was clean when we arrived. Loved sitting on the front porch talking. Visiting Cape Charles was fun. There are several unique shops and restaurants and friendly people.

The house is less than 100 yards from the beach. You can also walk to town in less than 10 minutes to enjoy shopping and food. Cape Charles is a family destination.

This property is located within an easy walk of the beach and the shops and restaurants in Cape Charles. It was clean and well cared for. The check in and check out process was easy and clearly explained by the owners. The owners were responsive and easy to communicate with. We would recommend a stay!

This house is beautiful, looks like it has a lot of original details. It made a wonderful setting for our family to relax together. We had a small issue with the lights, and the owners were fantastic. They responded immediately, helped us fix the problem, and even sent an electrician to make sure everything was safe (he said it was likely a manufacturing issue with a lightbulb- no problems with the house). We had an excellent time, and hope to get back there soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this beach house. Located right across the street from the beach this house perfect place for a summer beach vacation. We were 4 adults and two kids ages 3 & 5. There was plenty of room to relax either on the screened in porch or the livingroom after a day on the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and the diningroom has plenty of seating. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Located close to a park for kids as well as lots of restaurants and shops. There was plenty to like about this house!

This was the perfect sized cottage for my daughter and her two sons ( 9 years and 10 years old). It is a quaint cottage style with all your basic needs. Having front and back screened porches is such nice convenient features. We used the back porch for all the beach equipment and the front porch for relaxing and quiet morning coffee times. Bring your favorite DVD’s and games for rainy day entertainment. We had a wonderful time at the Bay View Beauty.

The Bayview Beauty was absolutely beautiful! Right near the water and a very quiet, friendly area! We will definitely be back!! The homeowners were so nice and made our stay very nice.
