“This was an easy check in process and the room was nice - good restful nights”

“Driving up to the property there was no Quality Inn sign - or temporary sign. I assumed they had just purchased a Super 8. When I arrived just before midnight they told me that the room I’d purchased was sold out and then tried to upsell me. I refused and they finally gave in. The so called upgraded room had no AC on and there was no TV. At 8:30am someone tried to enter my room - without knocking. I left immediately there after. “When we arrived, the reception staff had a terrible attitude. We had called beforehand to check if the pool was open and were told it was, but when we got there, it was closed—and the supervisor wouldn't even come out to speak with me.”
