The building is old and there are areas where the carpet was stained and the walls were worn, but that did not distract from the room and overall experience. And the price is awesome. “What a great little place right in the heart of Cape Coral,..very affordable..I couldn't believe every room had a full kitchen with a fridge, microwave and my favorite a coffee maker! and an oven and a stove! The rooms were very big and it was very nice to have a patio also..I'm going to stay here whenever I have more work up in Cape Coral.”

“Place can be ok for a night stay but not recommended for a week or more, hotel needs a complete renovation its run down and so many damage stuff and rust i get its Florida and it's expensive to run a hotel specially when they have the a/c running 24/7”
