“This is an older hotel with the rooms being dated but clean. We have stayed here multiple times and would definitely come back. Great location. Friendly staff.”

“Very unique spot. Javi the concierge was super helpful. Staff was also on site periodically or could be called to come if needed. Unit was beautiful and clean with lots of amenities. We especially liked the hot tub and sauna on the deck”

“While This property sits almost directly off the main drag, It's quiet. We slept like logs. The rooms are clean and wonderfully decorated. The young man who was behind the desk during our stay was so helpful, and I really appreciate that.”

“Property was suffering beach erosion after the winter and early storms on the Oceanside. But spectacular view from room and deck on the Oceanside. We should have asked them for a regular coffee pot. Very disappointed that the hot tub was not even warm. We went for beach horseback ride and for 62 yo we sure could have used it. Mgmt tried to get propane for hot tub . But just couldn’t. ”

“Our room was on the 3rd floor and we were not told there was not an elevator. The sheets and blankets had holes. One cake of soap was provided. It was the size of a quarter and was for 2 people for 2 days. The mattress was very uncomfortable with a dip in the center. The furniture was very worn with torn chairs. The hotel does have a good location.”

“Our 2nd floor room was beachfront. The Nags Head Outlet was within walking distance as well as a huge "beach" store. The Sea Foam is an older historical motel that was recently sold. Yes, it is in need of repair and updating, however, it was clean, the beds were comfortable, and decent water pressure. It fit our needs. Word is that the new owners have big plans.”

“Staff were friendly and very welcoming. We found a few maintenance things that they sprung into action to take care of. We were in a suite with a sitting room. The room was quaint and offered a wonderful outdoor porch. The only con to our stay is how uncomfortable the bed was. It was hard and spring filled which kept us tossing most the night with lack of comfort. We left before breakfast, so we aren’t sure how that was, but it smelled good! We did dine at the in house restaurant. It was ok,...

“Our room had pretty textured walls and beautiful artwork. The furnishings were also high quality. Its a 3 minute walk to the beach, and within a few minutes drive of a mini-mart, ice cream place, and some restaurants. I couldn't figure out when checkout time was, but another guest told me 11am. Also the doors have # codes on them so you can check in without seeing anyone. But the insides of the doors don't have slide locks, so we were worried about someone being able to enter if they found out...

“Super convenient location and easy access to the beach. So nice they had extra locks on the screens so you can leave the door open even with your dog in the room and they can’t push the door open.”
