"We were very disappointed that we had to wait an extra 45 minutes to get in our room because it wasn't ready. This was true for a number of guests making the lobby area very crowded. The desk clerk didn't seem to care very cold. Some sort of accommodations should have been given for our inconvenience. ..."

"We have stayed at this site before because we love the location. Most recent stay we found the room dirty: tub had hairs in it, bathroom floor had hair and sticky spots, platform mattress set on was very dirty and clean towels had multiple stains on them. Overall not our best experience there."
