“Be prepared if you stay more than one day, they do not come and clean your room, they do not keep you fresh towels until you come home late at night and realized they did not clean your room and give you fresh towels. Then at that point you have to go down to the lobby and ask for a new towels. ”

“I believe this property of the Residence Inn normally has great service. But during my stay, upon arrival I had to give my personal card info to the host as their computer system was down. Next the water went out and I couldn’t wash dishes in my suite as it wouldn’t drain. The laundry room was down (the washers). Trying to relax after being on the road for awhile, my needs were not meet as far as the standards of this hotel. I probably won’t be back”

The condition of the property at least the actual garden room where I stayed could use some updating. There was a bit of an stagnant smell and the walls could use some spackling or something. The toilet seat should just be replaced as it was pretty badly scratched up possibly from harsh cleaning stuff. I always bring my own sanitizing wipes and it was way cleaner to say the...
