“This is a newer property near the hospital and university. Our stay was for personal reasons. The property is clean and well maintained. Breakfast included was standard fare. There is an interesting feature of a "breakfast ambassador," a friendly social mingler. The pool is more of a plunge type, not useful for a workout. We stayed two nights and missed the small print in the room about room cleaning being every other day. Rooms can be cleaned daily though, upon request. As a PHEV owner I was...

“The Bathroom Was Over Due For A Good Cleaning, The Side Where The Sink Was Had A Thick Layer Of Dust $ Dirt. In-between The Tub & Toilet There Was A Black Patch Where The Dust & Dirt Were Never Cleaned. After The First Night I Needed To Request To Have The Floors Cleaned As Staff Never Came In To the Room. “Nothing great here, even the locals mentioned we picked a crappy hotel and laughed. We booked another night at the Hampton Inn in North Bay at the same price. The Comfort Inn on Lakeshore needs to revise their prices. The rooms there are closer to 125-135/ per night. Will probably not reserve there again.”

We appreciated the little breakfast delivery and the games in the room! The lookout across the street has a really beautiful view. We saw deer coming out of the forest early in the morning.”
