Vicino al porto
Vicino al porto ma lontano dal centro. A Capri gli autobus costano euro 1,80 a tragitto, non a ore ma solo a tragitto. Quindi per andare in qualsiasi posto bisogna pagare tutte le volte che si sale sull'autobus. Vicino al porto, agli autobus ed alla funivia ma lontano dalla piazzetta, quindi dal centro. La sera al porto non c'è quasi nulla, i locali chiudono presto, quindi bisogna andare sempre in centro, anche per i ristoranti. Vicino c'è una spiaggietta. Albergo datato che necessiterebbe una rivisitazione. Costi alti rispetto al comfort della stanza. Aspetto molto negativo: propongono il trasporto dei bagagli in hotel (che si trova a non più di 30 metri dal porto) ad un prezzo fisso di euro 8,00 a bagaglio, pazzesco! Si paga tutto carissimo. Ottima colazione servita su una bellissima terrazza vista mare. Personale molto gentile.

l'hotel relais maresca e' in un'ottima posizione,appena si sbarca sull'isola di capri,a pochi passi dal porto si trova gia' l'albergo,semplice arrivarci e facile per spostarsi quando si hanno valigie! di fronte al hotel si trova la biglietteria di tutti i servizi,biglietti per navi,autobus,funicolare,anche questo e' un grande vantaggio. affiando c'e' il noleggio motorini e la fermata dei taxi,si e' veramente serviti senza grandi fatiche. il servizio della colazione e' molto buono,c'e' un terrazzo stupendo dove godersi il panorama. ottima soluzione per soggiornare a capri...

Relais Maresca - Un ottimo rapporto qualita' prezzo a Capri!
L'hotel e' immediatamente visibile dalla banchina di approdo di Marina Grande. E' un hotel molto grazioso, in stile caprese, vicinissimo alla funicolare o alla fermata del bus per raggiungere la Piazzetta. Il personale e' molto gentile. La colazione non e' all'altezza di un 4 stelle, anche se e' servita su una terrazza panoramica. Consiglio la stanza con vista sul mare, anche se a volte c'`e piu' rumore data la banchina di approdo traghetti/aliscafi quasi di fronte. Non ci sono facilities particolari, quindi non aspettatevi fittness centre o spa.

è un albergho molto bello ci ha piacuto tanto,è stato tutto pullito e tutto il personale era molto gentile...non ci siamo sentiti disturbati neanche a causa del porto,il contrario il posto è perfetto per scoprire capri di tutte e due parti

L'hotel è situato a due passi dall'imbarco degli aliscafi a marina grande e a due passi dalla funicolare. Le stanze sono pulite e confortevoli.

The manager, Antonio, gave us a very helpful orientation at check-in and was always available and ready to assist throughout our stay. All of his staff at the desk were friendly and willing to take care of any need. It was especially helpful that they had bus and funicular tickets available at the desk, avoiding an extra wait in line.

Objective review of the worst room in the hotel
I’ll be honest, I think they gave me the worst room they have so it’s hard to give the most accurate review. I could hear everything happening in the lobby, my “terrace” was just a little area outside my room with no view and some little geckos on it. The back room was up some stairs and I think my knees are just now recovering. But the room was nice and clean and they had every possible amenity. Here’s the real tip for Capri… don’t stay on the island. Get a room for a third of the cost in Naples and do a day trip. It’s enough time to see everything unless you plan to hike or want to just relax at the end of the night.

I would like to express my appreciation for the attentive and courteous staff at this property. Its strategic location near the ferry terminal, bus stops, and the cable tram to Capri Island makes it exceptionally convenient for travelers. The cable tram, in particular, offers direct access to Capri Island, and from there, one can opt for a cost-effective bus ride at $1.50 per person or a convertible taxi at $25, as of September 2023. However, I have rated my overall experience with four stars due to a minor concern regarding the cleanliness of the towels. Although they were generally clean, I did notice occasional stains and traces of women's hair on them. I was informed that the hotel sends its laundry to Napoli, but the quality of this service left something to be desired. Addressing this issue promptly would undoubtedly earn the establishment a five-star rating from me. In conclusion, I would consider returning to this hotel in the future if I were confident that the towel cleanliness issue had been resolved. The hotel's prime location and the exceptional service provided by its staff were undeniable highlights of my stay."

This is a super cute beach hotel located right on the Marina Grande. It’s convenient to stay here for a night or two because it’s right by the ferry. Capri town and Ana Capri is reachable by cab, or bus or funicular. The staff at the hotel is friendly, the manager Antonio is the best! He makes you feel right at home from the minute you enter. The hotel is cute, beachy and clean. Rooms are a decent size. Would definitely stay here again.

Um hotel simpático!
O hotel e a equipe são muito bons. O quarto ( 37) é um pouco pequeno e localizado ao lado do elevador e em baixo do terraço ( restaurante). Então a partir das 7:30 am, quando inicia o café da manhã, o barulho de mesas e cadeiras sendo arrastadas perturbou muito o nosso sono.

This hotel was located in a good area. Entertainment was in abundance the beaches were within walking distance and the food was great. The hotel staff knew everything about Capri and the surrounding areas. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

We stayed for one night, and Antonio did a beautiful job, welcoming us with a snack and giving us an overview of the island and his recommendations about what to do during our time there. He sat down with us had a map and reviewed the different transportation options, it was extremely helpful. The front desk staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. The restaurant and the quality of the food were very good, both for dinner and breakfast. The rooms are very clean and well appointed. Small gestures such as flip-flops that match the color of the room, decor, and champagne, were very thoughtful.

Excellent location and property! Definitely a home away from home. Antonio and Marianna spoiled us with so much friendliness, hospitality and service. Immediately, Antonio gave us the info of all things Capri with such a welcome and enthusiasm. It’s a cute, boutique hotel just steps to/from the ferry port; the cable car to ride uptown Capri (trust me you’ll love this convenience) and the hotel sells the ride tickets so you don’t have to stand in another line. This perk felt exclusive but without the exclusive price. The hotel also has a rooftop restaurant with good breakfast and beautiful views. We’re glad we stayed here. Our kids loved it. This hotel is one true gem and the all the staff were friendly and super attentive.

This was a perfect location in Marina grande close to ferry port, as we were only in Capri 2 nights and had a boat tour so we wanted to be close to the port. My husband and I were visiting on our honeymoon and the staff provided complimentary champagne in our room with a personalized note from the manager, Antonio. This is a beautiful hotel but Antonio’s joy for his guests experience and assuring they know the island is what made this stay superior to others on our Italy trip. He is so kind and clearly cares about what he does. The room is also beautiful and we had the balcony view of the water. The breakfast each morning we had was convenient and delicious. Grazie mille!

Absolutely gorgeous hotel and room! This was our favorite hotel that we stayed in our 2 week trip to Europe. We got the Superior Room with Balcony & Sea View of the marina. The room & bathroom itself are very spacious compared to other Italian hotels. The room was very clean apart from some hotel flip flops that were left in the shower - those had mold. The staff was super friendly, met us at the ferry and helped wheel over our luggage up to the hotel. Keep in mind, you have to either go up a set of stairs or go up a little bit of a windy road to get to the hotel from the ferry. They also provided us with a complimentary bottle of champagne. The breakfast here was delicious - definitely take advantage! The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and gift shops, as well as the taxi stand to take you around the island. Absolutely recommend this hotel and we hope to return one day!
