“LOCATION was great, right on the water in Grand Case, steps form a nice, roomy beach. Good snorkeling right in front of the house. On restaurant row so the food and drink is amazing everywhere. Close to Orient Beach and that was fun. Shopping and dining in Marigot was great, prices were actually decent. Buy beer and wine and alcohol at the little stores in Grand Case, they sell it cheap and one dollar = one euro!!! (This does not apply at restaurants). Best restaurants were Grand Case Beach Club...

"The room was dirty (sand in the bed) when checked in, we had to ask for the cleaner. Unacceptable. Safe was not in the room, we had to ask two times to have it placed in our room and working! Part of the windows not working. Tv not working. Quality of bed lined and towels poor. Breakfast and meals very low quality. I would not recommend to stay in this hotel. Please note: they sell as "ocean view rooms" ground floor rooms with no sea view, and we were place in one of those dark rooms - I would suggest to management to sell the ground floor rooms as just "rooms", not writing ocen view in those cases, it is not correct toward the guests. Also I would recommend management to check the rooms cleanininess and its equipment (safe, windows, tv) before welcoming the guests."
