“Resort molto bello ma eccessivamente caro per ciò che offre. Camere piccole, con spazio sacrificato in favore di sala e cucina. La spiaggia è di sassolini e conchiglie nel bagnasciuga e abbiamo trovato mare torbido con alghe in spiaggia e un’infinità di insetti volanti neri sia in spiaggia che in piscina davvero fastidiosi. Non abbiamo ricevuto i vantaggi previsti dalla prenotazione come Gold level neppure su esplicita richiesta. In generale il resort è adatto a famiglie e ad amanti di sport...

“Il personale e` molto gentile e l'albergo e` carino. L'albergo e` su una strada molto trafficata, per cui non e` molto silenzioso. Sono rimasto due giorni; il secondo giorno c'e` stata una piccola incomprensione: la donna delle pulizie mi ha chiesto se avevo bisogno dei suoi servizi per cambiare asciugamani, ecc. Io pensavo intendesse proprio solo gli asciugamani, per cui ho risposto di no (per motivi ecologici, evito di farmi cambiare gli asciugamani tutti i giorni negli alberghi), invece non...

“horrible facility. Only service every 3 days. small towels, you only get one per person, no bathtub mat. Couches and chairs are filthy. The refrigerator is difficult to get into. The bed is not the size advertised. The toilet overflowed, and no maintenance. My husband had to fix it. matress was clean, and the rooms are quiet... so if you can deal with everything else, it was ok. ”

“All rooms have a screen covering top to bottom on the balcony. Feels slighly obstructed but still a wonderful view of you chose a beachfront room. Your ocean sounds are interrupted by AC condensers on top of surrounding buildings. This hotel offers alot of amentities more than most. No breakfast, but has coffee, endless towels and full kitchens in units. Property grounds are the nicest across this entire stretch from the beginning of Estero to Bonita Springs.
