“Overall, we had a great stay. The room was comfortable and nicely furnished, and the location was excellent for getting around and enjoying the area. A couple of small improvements that could enhance the guest experience: - Providing additional coffee for longer stays would be appreciated - It would be helpful to communicate in advance that parking is limited and may require a reservation for those traveling by car”

“The room was mostly clean, but it wasn't fully vacuumed. There was white stuff on the chair, the furniture was old. Staff was polite, breakfast was standard, but clean. ”

“Our room a/c fan wasn’t working so had to move rooms late at night. Then after a long day came back and no parking in the parking garage that I had to pay for and was told I would have to pay and park on the street. ”

“Overall good value for price point. Room a bit dated, some of the decor looks faded. Carpet needs to be replaced. Breakfast buffet good value with lots of seating.”

“Lovely hotels. Very clean lobby. Helpful staff. Check in was easy. Room was very large with full fridge, stove top and microwave. Would recommend !”

“Room was nicely renovated and very clean. Gym and pool were clean and we had fun using both amenities. Great for a night with two kids before a morning event downtown. Lots of restaurants nearby!”

“Guest bathroom not accessible when checking in? Told they’d be “fast” when I needed to pee first… I thought bathrooms need to be accessible to guests… Housekeeping need to clean baseboards in the bathroom. Showers need cleaned better making sure they get around the shampoo and conditioner bottles that hang on the wall and the pillows are destroyed from being washed too much and parking not suitable for the amount of rooms. Someone with a trailer was taking up 8 spaces. Location is close to a...
