“Beautiful room , excellent staff and best was having shuttle service to the airport- truly appreciated ”

“Homeless man in entrace. Staff didnt care. Front waiting area smells like cigarrettes. Elevator stinks and super dirty. Rooms toilet dont flush. Bathtub dont drain. Shower not warm but not hot. Cleaning lady rude. Sad the place could be so much better with the proper management. Specially as families come here for the pool but the front end smells like cigarrettes. ”

“Chose this hotel for location in proximity to an event we were attending. Check in was easy - staff friendly. Room was very spacious but it was a bit odd having two doors to the room. Beds were comfortable. Rooms are a bit dated and corners could be cleaner. Breakfast was ok - it’s enough to get you going in the morning. Overall we were pleased with our stay and I would stay again. ”

“Pool and slide great for families with young and older kids. Different style of pool with no large area for play. Breakfast was ok, something off about the chunked eggs and sausages one day but the omlettes and sausage patties the next day were way better. Stayed on a thurs & friday so breakfast was very busy sat morning, there were several waffle machines and a whole wheat option which was nice. Convenient, reasonable priced laundry services and supplies on site. Easy and quick drive to...

“Parking was easy, safe. Staff were answering calls mid checkin while trying to also answer my questions instead of placing a call on hold. Rooms were tidy but the beds had metal bars sticking out. Pool was so busy- no towels and the water felt very dirty”
