“This house is beautiful and immaculate and the owner had thought of everything for all ages from high chairs and travel cots to a shower seat in the walk-in shower. The location was ideal to so many places. The owner is lovely and was quick to resolve any issues. Unfortunately the house itself seems to be the only part of the property that has been renovated and what will be a lovely fairy garden, replete with waterfalls, was marred by construction rubbish. “Staff were brilliant. Car park was flooded along with fitness centre and they took everything in their stride. No panicking, no outburst of frustration, they just kept their cool and offered great customer service. Very well done to all involved, great credit to the hotel.”
