“The room was clean; however, this is my second stay at this property where i was unable to enjoy a bath. The firat time, i forgave because they were remodeling. The second time was due to a broken plug. The staff responded quickly, but were unable to repair it. The staff offered to move us to a different room, but my disabled husband was already settled in. Also, the air conditioner kept shutting off during the night. I basically paid over $700 for a defective room.”

When we took a shower, the water wouldn't go off. We tried calling front desk, but phone didn't connect. Went to front desk and told them, said an engineer would be right up--he never came -- we went down again about 1/2 hour later and asked for an update--again no one came. . We noticed the drain was slow and the tub was going to overflow! I...

“Check in was easy. Host communication was great. Studio was very clean. Dedicated parking spot for the unit was an added bonus. Overall, fantastic stay. Would not hesitate to stay again if in the area. Thanks Vince!”
