“Wonderful staff?”

“Cute remodeled hotel with great parking right next to the Boardwalk. Nice cold A/C, comfortable bed. Very clean room and bathroom. Small but cozy for a couple. We made a quick three day trip for July 4th weekend. Convenient to the beach, restaurants, shops and day trip to Wilmington. We will stay here again!”

“We love it and it was close to the beach and one street over from the #4 ice cream shop in the United States. Walking distance to the beach and other merchants. Has a nice outdoor pool.”

“Its just an old beach front motel. The only reason to stay is the view and proximity to the beach. That part is great. Other than that, the tiny stove is old and unusable, so dirty it set the fire alarm off when I turned it on. There is no staff other than housekeeping. Plenty of restaurants around but most closed early afternoon. A few open for early dinner. Check in is all done by phone, they do have private parking, that's a plus. “We booked this hotel at the very last minute and it completely exceeded our expectations. The hotel itself looks new and in great condition. Becky, the front desk agent, was extremely welcoming and gave us a run down of everything. Check in was smooth and easy. “The location was great, easy access to Carolina, Kure & Wrightville beaches. Near a mall, Walmart and several grocery stores, as well as a movie theater. The staff was very professional, friendly and inviting. This was our first time visiting and we'll surely be returning and staying at this location. “We had a nice stay here. The hotel is located on the highway but only 10 minutes from the beach. The breakfast was OK, but they ran out of coffee the second day we were there. (Are you really offering breakfast if you don't have coffee?) We had a large room with two queen beds. The door to the bathroom blocked the sink meaning that you had to come into the bathroom, shut the door, just to wash your hands.
