“The Oceaneer surprised us in many ways. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout our stay, and the property is exceptionally clean. The recent renovation gives the place a very modern feel. They did an excellent job transforming the old motel rooms into cozy, contemporary spaces with a nicely updated bathroom and shower. “The stay was comfortable. The outside road construction caused some confusion with entry and exit. ”

“The housekeeping staff stood right outside my door Sunday morning at 8 am very loudly. Woke me up. I wasn’t sleeping very well so it seemed like I got zero sleep. Problem is when I complained, nothing changed. They stayed talking in the hallway for about 30 mins. Not normal for Hilton brand. ”
