“I stay in A LOT of hotels. This is by far one the neatest hotels I have ever stayed in. It has historic accuracy, the lobby and rooms are elegant. The room was big. And the location is perfect to walk around downtown and to the tunnels of Moose Jaw. If I am ever in Moose Jaw again I will stay at the Grant Hall.”

“Checked in July 1 about 3pm. Went out and about the town came back about 8 and wanted to have a hot shower. No pressure at all on the hot setting. So called them and they called me back later to move us downstairs. Very bland breakfast the same everyday. We would leave early to tour the town and come back each day and the room wasn’t made up or cleaned even after 5pm. That definitely needs improvement.”

“Stay wasn’t horrible but wasn’t great blood was on my bedding, outlets in adjacent room did not work shower curtain couldn’t be opened properly as the rod was barley hanging on to the wall. Not overly clean staff were great”

“If you need a cheap room, and don’t require anything fancy, it’s okay. Beds are terrible, staff not overly friendly, and it needs a serious Reno. Lots of hot water, great water pressure, and a really handy location though”

“I had specified to be sure we were in the part of the hotel that had been recently renovated. Other than paint everything seemed to be old and original, peeling arborite in bathroom loose taps in shower, old shower curtain. After being out of the room all day and not requesting towel change etc. We returned to find our door open, towels were changed but nothing else done. Fortunately nothing seemed to be missing.”

“Clean room, pleasant helpful staff. Convenient location off TCH. Quiet. Good choice for breakfast, identical to other Holiday Inn Express we have stayed at”

“They were renovating the hotel and painting right next to our room while we had a baby.. would have been better to shut down one wing at a time and paint it while there are no guests. The sauna did not work for a couple hours while we stayed there. My key card stopped working at 11:55 even though check out was not until 12:00 while I was trying to grab the rest of the baby items from my room. I was also charged $5 for parking, but never informed of this until check out and even then no one said...
