La pulizia e terribile, non tanto quando entri nell hotel, quanto per il fatto che se anche ci rimani piu di una settimana, lenzuola e asciugamani ppuliti te li sogni. “Terrible”

“First off I don’t expect much from a Days Inn But the facilities were horrible, not sanitary mold Staff lacks basic customer service and completely lied to me! I called the day before and Asked the staff if it was possible to check in at 11am because I was in town for work and I needed to start my job at 12pm to 10pm The guy asked if it was double beds I said yes he put me on hold looked and said yes not a problem and he put notes in the file. I was grateful until I arrived at 11am and was told...

“I dropped my purse in the elevator when I was checking into my room, I was terrified that I had lost it. I went out into the hallway where the cleaning staff were and I asked him and they presented it immediately! They found it for me! I was so grateful.”

“The only down side was we booked for the spa and it was down for our visit”

“We booked this hotel 2 adults and 2 kids with breakfast including. When we get into the hotel we only got vouchers for 2 adults.They said children over 12 years old, breakfast does not included. Breakfast in this hotel ~$17/ child. (Just keep in mind). It's an older hotel, even if its been upgraded, the smell is there.”
