Lovely big room, comfortable bed, friendly welcoming staff! Only downside the room was overlooking the market square which made it noisy after pubs closed! Overall pleasant stopover! Will hopefully spend more time exploring Richmond next visit!

The accommodation was lovely although a little tired in places. We stayed in a Geo Dome (D2) and although the weather was not ideal due to Storm Dave the room was warm and comfy. I slept well enough and toilet not far from the dome so no real issues. The thing that let the place down was the service ...

Another fantastic stay in this beautiful property ! The room was full of character and charm, extremely clean with gorgeous extra details like homemade shortbread ! The staff were the perfect balance of attentiveness and the other people visiting were wonderful company!
