Hotel a Carrier Mills

“A decent place to when visiting Harrisburg. My room was clean. It had amenities like microwave, fridge, and TV. My bed mattress was soft and the bed was a bit squeaky. The windows didn't have shear drapes but just the main curtains. The bathroom was clean. The shower functioned well. The complimentary breakfast was okay. It had cereals, bagels, make your own waffle, coffee, couple of juices, and apples. The location was ideal for me and the room rate was pretty reasonable for all the amenities....

But we arrived with the entire lobby wet and no wet wet floor signs. Then when we arrived in our room it was dirty and we needed to request a vacuum and they had us vacuum it ourselves. “Smoking room was not pretty but I'm not picky. Shower was cold though and not the cleanest. again not a complainer just that was my issues. ”

“No hot water in sink or tub. Another customer complaint about not having hot water while I was getting breakfast and was given credit for the inconvenience . Upon checking out I complained about also not having hot water. I was told there was nothing they could because I had paid thru Expedia .”
