“When I walked in to check in the inside smell so good and refresh. It’s was clean inside and outside. The staff were friendly as well. ”

It looks like the property is being updated slowly as the stairwell had new flooring at the landings, but carpet had been removed from stairs. My room was super clean, however the toilet seat hinges were broken so the seat just fell off when lifted. “This is the first time staying here. We ride motorcycles, all men, and happened on this motel. Clean as you can get. No smells, everything was very nice. Old, and a bit dated, but clean. The staff was very friendly. Super nice for one night. I will stay there again if in the area.”

“I hate New Orleans but we had to make a trip there for reasons not relevant here. We stayed in Slidell for a couple nights so we could get in and out of the area without dealing with the worst of the horrible traffic in New Orleans. Hotel was clean and staff was nice. Parking lot is a bit tight if you have a large vehicle, but we were always able to find a spot.
