Hotel vicino a Carrington Park Leisure Centre - Melbourne

“Dylan was lovely so no concerns with the check in process and being looked after. However the room we were given was poor. Things we noticed, acknowledging there’s works outside (but not in the room were: - Cracked balcony window. - No remote control for the TV and thus only way to turn it off/on was at the wall. - Cold shower. - Grimy kitchen table. - Random bowl of sugar lollies left on top of the fridge. - Old food left in oven. - Did not get the OneKeyReward referenced in the Expedia...

“On arrival reception not manned, Finding carpark space was difficult Basement carpark Lifts incorrectly marked Room not clean, crumbs on floor, marks on glass tables Pool was good, location was good. Administration not good, took 1 month to get pre authorised deposit refunded, as property did not clear pending amount.”

“Partner got electrocuted by the toaster, was only offered another toaster, wasn’t even offered for an ambulance or anything, said should go to a GP ”

“Other than being convenient to where I needed to be the hotel itself was lacking. Poorly repaired dings all over the walls, mould all through the bathroom, fixings falling off walls and cleaning staff left the toilet seat half off the toilet and felt this was acceptable. Poor WiFi, no on site restaurant/room service. Only stayed one night but would suggest paying the same price would get you a lot more elsewhere”

“This apartment was great and has everything you need for a 2 week stay. It’s clean and spacious with all facilities including washing machine and dryer. We also went away for a couple of days without having to worry about our belongings as the building is secure. ”

“Older but room with all amenities needed for an overnight stay. Having a microwave & fridge was very handy. Clean & tidy & pretty quiet. All up no issues. ”

“This hotel is a home for displaced individuals, there were permanent residents in rooms that were not even one star quality. I did not even sleep there as I did not feel safe and instead booked a different motel down the road. My intuition was correct as when I turned up the next day I saw the reception front windows had been smashed in overnight. Definitely avoid this hotel”

“Massive shopping complex nearby. Chadstone Shopping Centre”

“If you like mould, filth, paper thin walls and junkies, this is the place for you! I lasted about 30mins and left. I felt so uneasy by the state of the room and clientle. Definitely not worth $120+ taxes. The cancellation policy which I agreed to meant no refund at that late stage but I didn't care, I had to leave for my own peace of mind. I would give half a star if an option.”

“This property was so old, the shower had a big crack in the base, it smelt, the bed was terrible , it had lots of permanent people living there, there was hardly any parking, i would not recommend this propery to anybody”

“Great shopping Centre’s just close by and the Village cinema next door was a highlight as well. Lovely bed and a super cozy environment. Had a lovely and pleasant stay at Novotel”
