When we tried to ask her we realized there was an extreme language barrier and she didn’t understand. A coffee machine, some old donuts, cereals and nothing else is not breakfast. It should be better write: "breakfast is not included". Very bad experience, never again!! ”

My husband has a service dog which the proper documentation was provided at check in a waiver was signed as well, the next morning the room phone rings asking what type of service did the dog provide, that shouldn’t matter what type of service she provided you was shown proof. “Great entrance, front desk staff was wow! Breakfast perty good too. Maintenance guy asks how our stay was (never happens at any hotel), I said great. Anything need attention, he says? I said the curtains were jacked up. By the time I get back in from the parking lot, he’s already in the room looking to make the repair! Are you kidding me? Can’t ask for much more. Leadership at this property is top notch with regard to empowering their people.”
