“The room was very dirty and outdated; the air conditioning wasn't working—making the atmosphere stifling—and the carpet was filthy and worn out. Overall, the entire hotel smelled terrible. The receptionist was polite but failed to resolve the issues that made my stay so uncomfortable. My reservation was for two days and three nights, but I simply couldn't stay there under those conditions. I asked to speak with the manager to cancel my reservation and request a refund, but—surprise!—the manager...

“It’s a disappointment because I thought I booked a hotel but we end up in a motel room by the time we check in.we had no choice but to take it..we don’t use an airconditioner because it smells like cigarettes if you turn it on..they don’t let people know that the hotel itself are running on renovation.. We are not going back there again! ”

“Breakfast is paid at the bistro, so we didn't eat there. The hotel was cleanish, I don't think it was so much the staff as it was the other guests. We were unlucky enough to be there at the same time as a soccer tournament and despite clear instructions in the rooms to not leave children unattended they were running up and down the hallway until past 11pm. They were banging on doors and there was ice and food crumbs all over the carpet. As much as I paid to stay there, I was really expecting a...

“L'hotel non e' frequentato da bella gente; sembra che per alcuni sia il posto fisso dove abitare. Siamo stati due notti, e non sono passati a fare la camera. Le camere sono abbastanza ben attrezzate, ma la pulizia generale dell'hotel lascia un po' a desiderare. Colazione essenziale ma accettabile.”

“Ci abbiamo dormito una notte di passaggio. La città è caratteristica e mantiene gli edifici di un tempo, magari non tutti ristrutturati. Così anche il sugarloaf. Per qualche ora ti sempre di esser trsportato nell'antico ed un poco sgarrupato far west. Comunque divertente”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Everything we ate for every meal was delicious and the views of the lake and mountains were stunning. ”

“The virtual assistance at the front desk was extremely rude - stating she was super busy and will get to help us when she can. Our plug stopped working so microwave and toaster didn’t work. We had no internet thought the storm was over. No priorities and cleaners never came. Basically, it’s a fend do yourself type of place - good luck is anything happens someone will come help you. ”
