“Room, common areas, and amenities were clean and functional. Breakfast buffet was good quality. However, the shuttle did not go to Zephyr Cove despite the website saying it did. Also, there was no option to connect to streaming services on the TV. Finally, at Landshark Grill the service was quite slow, didn’t get assistance for 10 minutes after sitting down, in fact the manager had to be the one to ask us if we’d been helped yet, and he flagged the hostess to help us. “The kitchen was nice. If we opened the windows to the pool, the Gondola going over could look right in. It was a long walk to our room and there wasn't any help with luggage. The front desk staff was helpful. The place is dated.”

“The staff did not speak English very well or clearly. The "free" breakfast had been discontinued and the pool was closed for refurbishing. The security bolt on the inside of the door was "broken." The room coffee maker was "dirty" or stained so we did not use it. Very disappointed. During the booking process through Expedia, the hotel web page did not say that the free breakfast or that the pool were no longer available to customers.”
