“Fantastic welcome, quick check-in, enjoyed complimentary snacks and drinks in private lounge, enjoyed delicious dinner in the modern bar and restaurant area, air conditioning in room was noisy and room felt humid but slept divinely just the same, nice breakfast and fast checkout. All staff was very friendly and accommodating. Even valet parking staff. Will return”

“The bathtub needed cleaning or replaced the paint was coming off of the bathtub, the microwave look like it had not been clean in months, and the ironing board needs to be replaced or cleaned really good. Overall stay was not bad just need to clean better. ”

“L’hotel in sé non è male, ma la moquette delle camere andrebbe sostituita perché puzza di umidità. In generale l’hotel andrebbe un po’ rinfrescato ma tutto sommato ok. Gradito l’aperitivo gratuito la sera e la colazione ben fatta e varia. Il down town di orlando non vale la visita”

“Property was super clean and nice. The breakfast was really good and hours were perfect. The only problem I had were the noise levels. I was on the second floor and could hear the lobby music at all times. Their is also a neighborhood next to the hotel and there was a dog barking every night, all night. If it wasnt for that 5 stars. I definitely recommend this hotel though. It was very nice overall. ”
