The front desk agent was quick to point the way and when I got back CLEARLY told me the $50 deposit policy and asked me for my ID and already had my Folio printed and keys made. This woman was a professional she was sweet and made me feel welcome. Thank you ma’am for how sweet you were even though I was trashed. ”
