“Good location. Easy parking. Breakfast disappointing ”

“Airport shuttle. My flight was too early to have breakfast. Only $5 to park car.”

“Room Clean, Staff pleasant, Price was nice. Breakfast: not so good. Food cold, microwave was filthy, biskets burnt, Sausage gravy was small amount in a cold dish not heated. Dog turds in hallway. That used to be my favorite.”

“The place was very dirty. Our bedding was not changed from previous people that stayed, pubic hairs, stains, food crumbs in the bed. When riding the elevator it was a very strong smell of weed. The only thing good is Sarah at the front desk was very kind. We where also offered a suite but pulled down the blankets to check out the bedding and there was also yellow stains all over the sheets.”

“Really great for a simple, one night, one traveller stay. Clean, good temperature controls, quiet, good parking, adequate breakfast. All in all peaceful.”

“The rooms look nothing like the pictures online. They are maybe 12x15 (what you’d expect in a cheap dorm). The A/C sounded like someone parked their Buick in your bedroom. The hallway and room smelled of old, painted-over smoke. And the breakfast was sparce and underwhelming. Not recommended.”

“Staff was amazing! And very helpful! Definitely walkable to the the Mayo Clinic although lots of construction going on right now. Shuttle available just wish it went a little later.”

“This place is disgusting, seems to be a month to month living facility more than a Hotel. Honestly will never, suggest this place to anyone with a family. I pre registered my rooms moths in advance to have rooms at least on the same floor. I showed up they had a room on the 2nd floor and a room in the 5th floor. If you want quality service and a quality stay, this IS NOT the space for you”

“Room was minimal. Could have used some furniture. Desk clerk at checkout was extremely rude to another customer. Breakfast was fine. Ok. ”
