“I stayed here two nights while preparing for surgery on the third day. Our room was clean and quiet at night. Air conditioning worked well. Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was typical, offering basic protein and carbohydrate choices. I met several other individuals connected with Mayo’s exemplary health care delivery system. It was conveniently located for the multiple LYFT rides upon which I depended. Very positive experience. Thank you”

“Furniture, including chairs, was comfortable. The top 2 drawers in the bureau were broken. We had to tape one corner shut to keep the drawer from gliding open. Breakfast was good.”

“From sweet Breck who checked us in and helped us find a room that worked for my husbands wheelchair to the afternoon clerk Josh who helped me heat up our dinner to the helpful lady at check out who helped me switch the charges to another card, everyone was wonderful! There is a reason this property is an award winner every year! They are outstanding! The wall full of award plaques is very indicative of the experience you’ll receive!!”

“Quiet hotel near Mayo Clinic. Air conditioning could be updated. Bathroom was nice. Breakfast options were OK.”

“This is an older hotel, but the rooms amenities and cleanliness, and staff made it worth the stay. We will return if there is ever a need.”

“The room smelled strongly of marijuana, very dirty, floor sticky, phone didn’t work, internet was very intermittent, and the air conditioner was very noisy. Staff at front desk were very nice. I’ve been here before but this time the room was very unacceptable. The older front desk staff member is excellent, very nice and caring!!”

“The room is pretty clean, but I overheard a conversation about housekeeping and the help desk person said housekeeping was done around every three weeks or so to the person asking. But that’s for an extended stay, which is still kinda long. Also, I don’t know what they clean with, but pet smells must be hard to get out of the rooms. It doesn’t stink or anything, but doesn’t smell fresh either. Also, I have rarely had everything I need in the room. They are usually missing something. The...

“It was OK for the price. Wasn't the worst and wasn't the best. AC worked good enough and was able to get a good night's rest.”
