“Rooms where clean, and air conditioning very helpful. We were able to park by our outside door. Helpful because my husband and I both have problems with walking and climbing stairs. He has a cane and I have a walker. Close to eating and shopping, but we can't do it much at all. Quite a night for sleeping which was very appreciated. Even day time was quite as well. Will book there again.”

“The property is quite new, everything is in great shape. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room we had, king (den) was very spacious and very clean. The gym was open all hours, breakfast was great. Slept well. Would certainly go back if travelling through that area.”

“My most recent experience at this hotel was awful. I booked and paid through Expedia, but when I arrived to check in, the person at the front desk immediately said “no locals” in a rude and dismissive tone. If this hotel refuses local guests, that policy should be clearly stated on both Expedia and the hotel’s own website before anyone books and pays. Taking someone’s money and then surprising them at check-in with an undisclosed policy is unacceptable. When I explained that I had already paid...

“Clean and quiet, easy check in and out”

“Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was just ok. Bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned with hair left on the shower walls. Air conditioner was in poor condition and making noises. Free wifi was advertised but we ended up having to pay for it and it was not worth it. Not enough bandwidth.”

“My son and I stopped there for a brief stay on our way to Ontario and were very unhappy with our stay. We thought about leaving and staying in our car but had booked a non refundable so decided to stay. The room smelled so bad it was hard to be in there. The latch lock on the door was broken which made us feel a little unsecured and the curtains didn’t even cover the whole window. All in all we would not recommend this hotel to family and friends and will be choosing another hotel on our way...

“At 3:00am the night manager allowed a group of high school graduates to stay at the hotel (presumably they had been thrown out of their first choice). I was informed that one of the group was a friend of a friend of the night manager. The group shouted, screamed, constantly went from room to room slamming doors, and ran loudly along corridors until about 7:00am.
