“We were looking for a place near the beratan temple. This was just right in front of it. The staff were nice, helpful, and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. It has nice views of the lake. The rooftop even has nicer views. The welcome drink (ginger tea with brown sugar) was delicious. The mie goreng and nasi goreng for breakfast was also delicious. We enjoyed our stay. ”

“It's a beautiful newish property with spectacular views!! It was clean and staff was super helpful and friendly. The only negative is that it is hard to find - no signs on main street and kind of bad path off the main road. The outside of the property seems to be worked on still so hopefully it will all be resolved once finished. Also not much to do right around there - but that is probably the case for many places around Bali.”

“Our stay was amazing from the minute we walked into reception. And when we walked into our executive suite my mouth dropped. The most beautiful spacious suite. I requested some flowers for the bed and wow we had flowers everywhere I loved it. Staff wonderful. Food great and quick. Comfortable inside and out. The sauna was good. The pool would have been great if I wasn’t so cold. The rooftop terrace was beautiful in the evening and morning. For some reason they thought it was our honeymoon....

“We booked the volcano panorama villa, and I'm so glad we did, because the weather was too cold to use the main pool which isn't heated. The hotel had a free shuttle to 2 near by spots, and you could also book paid tours for other spots. We took the free shuttle to the lake and the wangiri picture spots, the guide took amazing pictures, and then took us to an extra location which was a coffee plantation, they gave us free tasting of all their teas and coffees.
