“Clean and comfortable”

“Overall, the condition was on the shabby, run down side, but for the price it was at least a bed. But unfortunately no shower...it didn't work. Wouldn't turn on all the way or off. Just dribbled the whole time. Let the front desk know but essentially was shrugged off. Told that we would need to reach out to Expedia for any refund or discount.”

“L'hotel è comodo per visitare la diga, le stanze sono grandi ma con arredamento vecchiotto, le parti comuni invece sono belle. La valutazione pessima è anche per la maleducazione della persona alla reception con cui ho effettuato il check out (Allex), sembrava cercasse il litigio, consiglio vivamente alla direzione di affidarle compiti diversi dalle relazioni con il pubblico. Incredibile come una persona possa rovinare così del tutto l'immagine di un'hotel. ”

“The staff at checkout was nice and polite. The amenities of the Hawthorne window are very outdated. You can smell mildew throughout their construction going on the sinks run the toilet didn’t flush. The property should not be considered a hotel. What you book online is false advertisement your room does not match what is shown. The staff is helpful the property it’s very outdated and needs a deep cleaning. The rugs in the hallway are all soiled and stain. The computer chairs in the room are just...

“Clean room. Loved the pictures of “olden days” decor. I was surprised at the unfriendly lobby staff (as if you were bothering them). Unfortunately, it’s location is in a heavy industrial area and the surrounding area is under construction of new roads/growing community. Most likely all will improve when construction is completed.”

“Upon check -in, super easy and efficient but what made it above and beyond was that the hotel staff fulfilled my request for a conjoined room. I have a family of 6 so having the peace of mind that my children was just a conjoined door away eased my anxiety. The breakfast in the morning was amazing. My kids loved making their own waffles and then to add the whip cream and sprinkles, they were in sugar heaven.”

“The restaurant is excellent! Brass Fork I think! The security at the Hotel is present and helpful if needed. Several of the guards that I talked to were very cordial! So much better than staying in Vegas if you have a car to use.”

“To start the breakfast was just stale bagels coffee & a brownish yellowish water for the oatmeal & tea. Second our room came with no pillows hand towels or toilet paper. Just 1 small towel each for us during our 3 night stay (2 towels). As for cleanliness when we arrived there was an empty pillowcase on the fridge & tiny hairs from previous guests in all the crevices & on the baseboards. Good thing I always bring my own cleaning supplies! The bed itself seemed to be fairly clean but considering...

It’s my fault that I was not aware of pets in the hotel and they were too many of them and I have to keep myself distance due to asthma and the carpet in the room was way too old that looks nasty that added up my worries of asthma attacks . The TV was not working too . So seemed my stay was not really comfortable.
