“The property is in a fairly good location if you don’t mind driving to places. The room could use a fan in the bathroom”

“Everything was good , the hallway was not cleaned properly. They should have done a deep clean on the carpet. The bar was not open”

“Theresa at front desk gave us some great tips for our trip and was very warm and welcoming. The hotel itself was very close to all amenities and strategically set up to go to Banff area with ease. Rooms were clean, breakfast was great and the staff superb.”

“The room was ok, clean, but the mattress was very uncomfortable, the pillows were flat as a pancake and old with lots of yellow stains. The pool area was not warm at all, and you could smell chlorine at all which was a bit concerning. The shuttle is a van, so pick up from the airport was crammed, 6 people and 5 suitcases plus a driver. The place is under construction, so maybe some upgrades are coming.”

“The property appears to be undergoing a renovation. Our room had a speed bump on the floor, bathroom was very narrow.”

“This hotel was not that clean, and smelled bad. The bed covers were really thin; just sheets really. The curtains had holes in them, the ceiling paint in the shower was peeling, the coffee pouches/pods didn’t match the coffee maker, and the continental breakfast had no eggs, pancakes, waffles or cereal…just coffee, cream, bread, muffins and yogurt.”
