Hotel a Casper

“Amazing hotel with a big hall, overlooking balconies on trees and inner garden with pool, 5 warm and cozy hot tubes and a small fountain with fishes. Rich breakfast, big room and perfect cleaning. Definitely recommended for a relaxing break. ”

“Breakfast was on point, staff was great, the hotel was nice. I would not pay 300 a night which is what they wanted for Saturday night but all in all the hotel is very nice. ”

“The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. The pool area was quite slippery with pools of water, but most pool areas are. The gym was clean, and we never had a problem waiting for machines to open. Our room was clean and spacious. We were very pleased with our stay. ”

“I have stayed here before with no problems. The hotel was sold out this weekend. I told the desk on Thursday and Friday that I was planning to arrive. I also told the desk that I would be checking in after 11pm. I got there and I was given a room key and someone was already in the room. The desk said they did not have a record of anyone in the room. So we were given another room and it was empty. I had tried to call the desk 3 times to have them come upstairs to help with the key situation...

“Pool hot tub broke. Said it was working when I called. My baby nephew was supposed to come to play in the pool. A/c unit outdated made SO much noise I was up all night. Housekeeping woke us up knocking on our door at 9 am. My fault I should’ve put the DND sign out. Bed was comfy. Paid a premium price for this mediocre room. ”

“The staff was great as I left something in the room that was valuable and they called me and held it until I got back to pick it up.”
