“The staff were incredible, arrived early and went above and beyond to make sure our villa was ready. It was perfect, faultless actually. Perfectly spotless, with every amenity needed. Daily house keeping, and courtyard and pool maintenance. The private plunge pool was divine. All of onsite pools and gardens were pristine. And only a very short walk from our accommodation to the beach. It was truly magnificent, I can’t wait to return. ”

“everything about this property was lovely. only thing, kids could find the gaming console (not that i minded lol) and the ad made it sound like the pool was just outside but infact its a small stroll down the road. still enjoyed our swim etc but was one of the deciding factors to stay here when we thought the pool was right there. But that's nothing major, everything else was as described and beds were comfy. would recommend :) ”

“There have been over the top toxic reviews of this place a while ago when now it’s a very good affordable motel room. Nothing wrong with it. Pristine cleanliness, an excellent manager, cold air con, fab outside balcony, even buscuits with the coffee and a bath to soak in. And so cheaper than similar motels. I visit cairns often and this will be my new motel to stay in. ”

“Hotel indicato per famiglie, ė strutturato intorno alla grande piscina, di cui non abbiamo usufruito. Camera complessivamente confortevole anche se bisognosa di qualche intervento di rinnovo e soprattutto di maggiore pulizia. Il primo giorno non ė stato effettuato il riassetto della camera. Colazione discreta in un un contesto migliorabile in termini di organizzazione del spazi e di ordine. Non ci ritorneremmo.”

“E' in una posizione centrale, di fronte alla spiaggia. La camera e' ampia e attrezzata. Il personale della reception e' stato disponibile e di aiuto nel fornire informazioni sul luogo e le escursioni. Unico neo l'ingresso condiviso con un bar.”

“Se fosse tenuto bene sarebbe un alloggio bellissimo, peccato per le tarme sul bancone della reception. Insetti che ti invadono i mobili e girano sul letto, in altre camere presenza di scarafaggi di 6cm (dei piccoli mostri che ti girano intorno) i bagni e le docce sono sporchi e lo stesso vale per la cucina (si salvano solo gli utensili perché i ragazzi li lavano col DETERSIVO). Possibilità di lavare i panni per 4 dollari, ottima cosa. Internet gratis, piscina dove ti prendi tutte le malattie...

“Nice room, comfortable beds and pillows, great breakfast. The hotel parking was often full but fortunately you have enough free parking spots along the street close to the hotel. Quite far from the center of Cairns (25 min walking), but not too far from the airport (8 min by car). No express check-out procedure, Receptionists not that empathetic.”
