“Location is great, very near the city centre and close to the sea. Staff were very friendly and efficient. The property’s lovely and welcoming. Room was clean and the bed had good quality linen. Modern bathroom which was also spotless. All round a great stay!”

“Great location and well kept hotel. We stayed in a medium sea view room and had a great stay. The customer service was also very good. The only thing I would skip next time is the breakfast as it wasn’t to our liking. Will happily stay again. Parking is limited and very tight!”

“I think the hotel is either new or newly run as they seem to be finding their feet. Check-in was 3pm to 4pm and when I called to say I might be around 6:30, I was told "it's only hour and a half from Manchester" and "there might not be anyone here after 5pm". It felt a bit abrupt in all honesty but when I arrived around 5:30 (Friday school holiday traffic), they were pleasant enough. Breakfast starts at 10:30 to 11:30 which is very late and checkout is 10am. Weird timings, hence my theory they...

How wrong could we be, The room we were allocated was dirty so much so my partner went around the room with wet wipes to remove dust and filth from surfaces and mirrors.In the bathroom the lino flooring hadn't been mopped and the skirting boards haven't been cleaned for the past 6months I would say.The shower door leaks and the sealant around the bath is loose and as got black mould on it...The...

“Where shall I start, well for beginners I end up on a room that is 3 floors down, floor -3 I have been around the World and stayed in dozens of Hotels from 2 stars to 4 stars but this is the first time I stayed in a Hotel that offers rooms without windows and ventilation 3 floors down from the Ground floor. The room was smelly and dirty, I give a rate of - 3 stars to this Hotel my experience was overall horrible and horrendous.”
