“Big spacious room that actually fit all five of us and was super clean. The beds were so comfortable I slept like a baby. Microwave and fridge. The pool is very nice. Would highly recommend and will definitely be staying here again when we go out this way.”

“The pool not only didn’t have towels EVER… the lights are not on at night! It’s pitch black. When we asked for the lights to be turned on we were met with a nasty attitude from the staff. When we asked for towels for the pool they said to check the storage containers near the pool… the only thing in the container was spider webs and nasty other bugs! It’s a good thing no one hurt themselves in the dark parking lot pool!”

“Very nice rooms but it is an extended stay hotel and the room is not cleaned more than once a week. They will supply towels as needed. They did not explain this upon check in. There is no breakfast provided but coffee is available 24 hours. Most of the staff was very friendly.”

“I will never ever stay at this sleeps inn the house keeping service is horrible and the staff hang out at night with their friends. Also a couple of people were outside smoking pot”

“We stayed two nights at this property, it is not a hotel at all, it is rooms for stay. The location is not in a great part of Middletown and looks nothing like the outside photo that is in the listing, and I was not comfortable leaving the property by myself. The first night we returned back, the front door to the building was wide open, we were scared to enter the building, and someone was parked in our designated space. I immediately contacted Expedia and they were not able to reach Norman....

“Room was booked to sleep four: queen bed and pull out sofa. But the sofa only slept one (small person). Staff was kind enough to get us a cot for the 4th person. The original sheets on the pull out sofa were ripped and stained. Staff were again helpful and hot new linens. We had to shuffle the sofa a bit to fit the cot in. Then I noticed trash/rubbish that had been missed during cleaning. Staff were by far the best part of the stay. And not every hotel can be shiny and new. But...
