“Only downside was the main web page shows a hot tub but there was no hot tub”

“Wish there was a full length mirror, asked for a mattress pad for the sofa bed, but none available. Breakfast was ok, but one morning we had to walk to the Marriott next door to get breakfast.”

“Average to below average. Bathroom sink stopped draining. After "fix", it still drained very slow. Very low toilet. A few bugs.”

“The space was great! Nice big hotel room. The only problems were: pool didn’t look clean and safe, there were a lot of shady people after dark at the property, two roaches came out of the kitchen sink, some of the light switches did not work. ”

“Room ok. Have to ask for kitchen stuff not kept in room. Air conditioning worked great. Staff was nice and friendly. ”

“Beware you get charged $39 per day just to use the ‘amenities’ such as the walking trail. I don’t recall this being disclosed when I booked. My room was also not available despite me reserving it weeks in advance. They put me in a different room that had a pullout bed, not an actual bed for my guest. The staff were great just disappointed in my overall experience.”

“The bed was very comfortable, but I was on the side next to the road and the window doesn’t seal well at all. The road noise is so loud, the first night I kept checking to see if the window was somehow open. The room was pretty clean and everyone was friendly and helpful. The only reason why I didn’t give the staff full stars is because of housekeeping. For some reason every day they would come in while I was gone and do nothing but take the towels I had been using even if they were hung up for...

“I ask for towels never bringing to the room next day we need to take shower I ask again for towels n the lady said I give you only two because you living today but bring me the duty towels. I saw two roaches in bed…..but thanks ”
