“Great place to stay! Staff/ the service was definitely the highlight of the stay. Always there to help with recommendations, assistance and answering all questions. Room was nice and tidy with a field of cows outside the window! Breakfast in the morning was a great touch with a buffet and hot food to order, made a great start to every morning. Good location, close to city center although having a car made seeing eeverything very easy. Would definitely stay here again :)”

“The Ross is a small hotel right in town. The rooms are a little dated, but well maintained. Room 205 overlooks a cemetery, which may be an issue for some. The included breakfast is sit down with some delicious hot options (I.e. omelets, Irish Breakfast, etc). The bar around the corner, Paddy Sheehan’s had awesome live musical performances. There’s also a large/nicer gift shop nearby, Christy’s. The hotel itself has a bar downstairs, Polly’s. They had a decent selection of top shelf...

I told the the wait staff that what I liked about the food was that it was served hot on warm plates. That allowed me to enjoy my meal, take my time without it getting cold before I finished. “It was a good time! Room was cozy and welcoming, great location, jacuzzi was pretty neat. First world complaint: there was no fridge or anything to keep our perishables cold. Overall though, it was great. I’d definitely stay here again if I go to Killarney. ”
