Resort a Castroville

“Thanks”

“Staff was very helpful and friendly”

“Kitchen cleaning room”

“Stayed here several days as we were visiting our daughter in San Antonio Texas. It's a great Budget hotel to come to at the end of a long day of sightseeing and shopping. Bed was fantastic as I have back problems and knee issues. So it is important for me that beds are very comfortable. There was a problem with the drain in our shower, but it was no problem the staff came right away and fixed it. All in all I'd stay here again.”

“They provided practically everything in the kitchen except food. The bathroom is stocked with soaps and shampoo. The refrigerator had an ice maker, and a small cooler is provided for keeping drinks cold during day trips. The beds were comfortable, and ceiling fans are available in both bedrooms.”

“This Hotel should not be listed as a hotel, this should be a Motel.”

“Unfortunately my family and I did not have a pleasant stay. Although, staff was helpful our room lacked the cleanliness that would be a bare minimum expectation. The carpet in our room was wet, sticky and dirty to the point I had to wash my child’s feet because they were black after about 10 minutes of walking in the room.”
