“Colazione non adeguata per il numero di alloggi .. scarsa Piscina non pulitissima ”

“We had a very late (1:30 AM) check-in. We were greeted at the door. When the front desk was checking us in, we mentioned we hadn't had dinner due to delayed flights. She came out with a bag of bagels, yogurt, muffins and water. It was beyond appreciated! The hotel layout was unique. The room was great and very clean. Nothing but good things to say. We normally stay at top of the line hotels and were pleased at the level of quality and service.”

“Good breakfast and great help from the staff, however the hotel was a little outdated.”

“The pool steps were extremely slippery and not level. My son and I slipped going into the pool. Plus the railing into the pool was loose. The free breakfast was pretty weak. The only warm items they had, you to heat up yourself. The property was clean and the room was nice. Great water pressure but the shower head was very low.”

“Our stay was great! The room was nice, breakfast was delicious. The pool was awesome. Our two year old isn’t real fond of water but the 1 1/2 foot pool was perfect for her. She enjoyed herself, practiced swimming, played with a few pool toys. It was great! The complimentary popcorn and water with lemon in it was a nice touch we appreciated as well! We will definitely stay again!”

“No body wash in shower, shower head mostly plugged so water did not flow smoothly, air conditioning control panel did not work, ha to manually change settings at unit. Breakfast was very good.”

“The whole building smells like cigarettes. It was overwhelming and gave my wife a headache all night. The bathtub was not cleaned well and noticed hair in the tub and floor. Everything felt so gross. Guest were also smoking marijuana in the back of the built. This hotel seemed to attract uninvited visitors and I did not feel comfortable around. Will not be returning”

“Friendly staff, the hotel inside and out were clean and maintained. The Kickstart menu was way more and hetter than anticipated! Breakfast was very nice, lots of options! Our kiddos LOVED THE POOL AND HOT TUB 😎 We will definitely be back!”

“We had the best stay at River Sirens Hotel. The staff was very helpful at getting us into our room. The hotel is sparkling clean and a quick walk to the river and all the cute shops and bars. We highly recommend staying at this updated adorable hotel and plan on coming back in the near future.”

“Tub was clogged and backing up while showering. We let the receptionist know and even showed a Picture. We were told that all showers were like that. For the price we paid that was unacceptable and gross. Services were super slow. Not blaming staff but management had one waitress for an entire dinning room. We also noticed mostly all the staff were very mature people. We felt bad rushing or even complaining right to them. This place has potential, you just need the right management.”

“The inn looked very quaint on Expedia.com, but come to find out that the restaurant and bar next door are managed separately from the hotel. The manager of the restaurant/bar has nothing to do with the inn! Expedia did not show that this was self check in and that a code would be emailed to us! We stayed 2 nights, no staff on hand, no ice, the tv did not work and no one to call or go to to take care of these issues! There was no one to come in and make up the room! No clean towels or clean...

“For what we used it for, it was ok. Staff friendly. Room clean, but you can tell there was water damage in the ceiling at one point. Bathroom tile in need of repair, shower curtain ripped. Towel had stains, bedding had burn holes. Pillows flat, but clean. No coffee in room. But we choose it for location close to six flags, to sleep after a day in the park. Room was hot when we got there, ac off. Turned on room unit, and it cooled down within 45 minutes, however unit randomly turned on and off...

“Breakfast was good, had a variety and area was clean. Beds were comfortable. Not well maintained property, holes in walls, rusty nails staining the shower, shower was tiny, bathroom wasn’t clean upon arrival…..wouldn’t recommend.”
