“Having just returned from a five star hotel in Italy St Leonard’s was every bit as good. Never having stayed in a b and b this was excellent. Well done !!”

We quite understood that our room would not be ready before the specified time but, as the website had mentioned a snack bar/deli we thought we'd spend some time there.
