Hotel a Catlett

“I thought Best Westerns were hotels not motels when booking, so was not what I expected when I got to the property. The shower drain was insufficient for the amount of water coming out of the shower head so the tub backed up. Overall just a bunch of small things that each individually wouldn't be a problem but were so numerous that I would not stay at this property again.”

“The hotel overall is a very cute, trendy, and in a convenient location. But we had a lot of concerns: 1. The fridge had an odor of old food along with stains in it 2. The only mirror is the bathroom sink 3. There was nowhere in the shower to place my own toiletries; also difficult to wash legs without a step of some sort 4. The sink clogs and the water was cloudy, also food was coming out of the drain and there seemed to be an odor there as well 5. Called guest services/housekeeping 3 times...

“Upon entering the hotel the lobby smelled clean as did the elevators. I like how there were drinks both nonalcoholic and alcoholic beverage available for purchase what could make it better? Pool and hot tub! ”

“Dirty room, no toilet paper in our room or at the hotel at all. There was one employee working, they brought us a half used roll of toilet paper. Sketchy area.”

“This is a great location if you arrive by train. There is also parking nearby. Easy to use the code sent to gain remote access. My room was pleasant, well appointed and comfortable. Shops and places to eat are very close. ”

“Basic hotel room. Noisy night club across from property. So no parking on weekends. So many people outside. Not safe area”

“Very happy I came here. We left the comfort inn down in Richmond because the rooms were not what was advertised. They still have not responded I didn't get a refund for the last night I wasn't at there hotel. My son's birthday was this weekend and we enjoyed ourselves I will be returning there soon. “Great check-in experience. Disappointed about the room. Pretty insecure and draft a door, the outside sidewalk and parking lot are uneven and hazardous for anyone other than a six-year-old. The towels are a paper thin so ask for extras when you check in. It didn’t smell too bad but the microwave is so old. It has a knob to turn. My 13-year-old just looked at it. The cops do drive through the parking lot, so there is that but at certain lock my car. I don’t know about the breakfast because I...
