“Hotel was nice but some areas you could tell needed more cleaning. Rust on door hinges in bathroom and outdoor balcony area needed to be swept. Towels unavailable at pool. You could tell place was understaffed. Breakfast was not very good other than the waffles. Needs more breakfast options. Overall decent hotel ”

“We loved the resort! Staff was great, Everything was clean, and there was so much to do. My only complaint would be water pressure and temperature in the shower in our room. We had very little pressure and the water was either really hot or really cold. There was no in between. ”

“Breakfast was ok! Everthing else needs alot of work! We had reservations for two days, but cancelled the second day and went elsewhere! Parking was no problem, i don't think there were many there!”

“We had a lovely stay. It may be next to the river but that’s right next to the main road through Gatlinburg. The room was generally clean and had been freshly painted in parts, but it still had an aging feel to it. Convenient for doentown and the Smoky Mountains park. ”

“They take $100 out of your bank account and hold it until after you check out. We stay in a lot of hotels, and haven’t had this issue with other hotels. ”

“La habitación estaba limpia. El staff muy amable, el desayuno es muy básico, pan, corflakes, café, jugos de manzana, leche con cereal. Tienen parking gratis, los carros quedan fuera. No es un hotel 5 estrellas pero para el precio es buena opción”
