“Overall, we were satisfied and very satisfied with breakfast. It was lovely. The beds were clean, lobby clean etc. The only questionable thing was our bathroom wasn’t 100% very usable but only because we had wipes to clean it with…… we’re talking to hairs and dust along the edges of the bathroom and things that make you question the other part. I wouldn’t not stay here again because of it, but it was a bit disappointing.”

“While the room was clean, but the door didn’t seal tight. You could see the light from the hallway all around the door. the floors near and in the elevator were really dirty. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was adequate. They had scrambled eggs, sausage,Waffles, and bread items etc… For one night, it was ok. In my opinion, The Newport area seemed a little sketchy.”

“This is our second time staying (family of 5). The staff is very friendly and the price is great. I appreciate the addition of protein to the breakfast! The kids enjoyed the pancakes and waffles also. The creek out back is adorable. The pool is neat. There is a trolley stop out front but the trolley app is unreliable (nothing to do with the hotel just a note) The rooms are clean, but I liked the rooms on the side closest the city better. “This hotel is very new, clean & contemporary. The lobby area was large with plenty of seating. There is a small area with snacks and a self-checkout, but it did not list several of the items available, so it was necessary to get assistance from the front desk to make a purchase. We chose this hotel for its convenient proximity to Dollywood. When we arrived, we learned that they sold tickets to Dollywood with a small discount versus the website, so that was nice. “Breakfast: 5 stars. They have a good breakfast bar. Breakfast is from 6:30 am - 10 am but after 9:15 they stop refilling the breakfast bar. Not much to choose from if you come late. Cleanliness: 2 stars. We stayed in a non-smoking room but the lingering odor of lit cigarette was present and too strong for us to handle.”
