“Rooms were spacious and comfortable. There were restaurants nearby so food options were not limited. Property was not too far from the city centre. Plenty of parking available in the back. Staff were all friendly and helpful. 10/10 would stay here again!”

“1. I called up the property the day before my arrival to clarify my check-in time, that is, I booked on May 27-28 and I would be arriving on May 28 at around 530AM. When I arrived at 5:30AM, the lady at check-in counter did not know the conditions of my arrival, nor did she know I called up the day before. She was insisting it was an early check in (for May 28-29) which did not reflect on the printed voucher I presented. I had to do the explanation instead of being whisked into the room right...
