“Very clean and fresh (not musty) Great staff Great for an overnight stay”

“Once we got our rooms, everything was fine. We did wait about 1.5 hrs after check in for a room.”

“When we checked in no one asked us for a security deposit for our dog. When I was checking out the front desk person was surprised that we did not leave a deposit. We are now in your Macon, GA. hotel and I told the person at the front I had a service dog . All she did was had me fill out a form & a small $25. refundable deposit Just thought you should know”

“The desk clerk at check-in was impolite and unfriendly and seemed annoyed when I asked for information. The room was clean but rundown and the morning shower was cold. When I mentioned this to the morning desk clerk , she kindly explained it was an issue with the gas line service..”

“Staff was very helpful and friendly. There’s no complementary breakfast but there’s a Dunkin Donut and Waffle House nearby. There’s currently construction going on right in front so lots of noise. The windows are not soundproof at all. The shower is extremely slippery; use the provided mat. Next time I will opt to choose a hotel with complimentary breakfast for easier logistics.”

“This was the second time I brought my team and families to stay at this hotel. I was glad to see the hotel had been well kept over the year and many of the staff was still employed there. The only change was the reduction of breakfast items. The large variety was missed.”

“The property is lovely; however, the noise from your neighbors can be heard. Like I am not sure what my upstairs neighbors were doing, but it was noisy, and it was late. Breakfast is ok, many selections.”

“Great location and the outside looked great. When we checked in was told that the elevator was broken. My husband is disabled and there were no rooms available on the 1st floor. He had difficulties climbing the stairs. When we got to the room there was a strong musty moldy smell. I’m assuming it was coming from the leak that was under the sink in the bathroom. When we reported it they did send someone right away to repair it. The coffee maker did not work and my husband is an all day coffee...

“Nice desk lady room wasn’t clean and we had to change rooms because of the window shade was broken. Had to kill a large wolf spider in the bathroom”
