“Couldn’t sleep because air conditioning unit in room was so loud!”

“This was one of the best rooms we have stayed in a long time. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.”

“The staff was pleasant and welcoming during our interactions. Our room was nice, but you could definitely tell it was previously used as a smoking room. The shower pressure was okay, and the pillows could use an upgrade. The floor/ceiling between the upper floors and lower floors is very thin, and you could hear the upstairs guests walking and running. The location is very central, which was nice. We were told the hotel is being updated soon with its purchase by Comfort Inn.”

“While the staff was very friendly— this is a motel at best, not a resort. Our room was filthy, people were smoking weed all around us, and the hot tub was not working so it was basically a bathtub. We won’t be staying here again. I highly suggest they do deep cleans of all the rooms, update their air conditioning units, get bigger TVs, update the bathrooms, and get more cleaning staff.”

“Property is dated and worn-not the cleanest. Common areas were warm and humid like AC was struggling. It did feel better in the morning upon checkout. The first room we were put in was dirty, smelly, and very hot. They did move us to a different room and that was better. The room temperature did adjust with the AC. The beds were decently comfortable and the shower was hot and had a few variable settings.”

“Let me start by saying that the desk staff were polite and helpful- to an extent. BUT- do not stay here! 1. There were bugs (though dead) in the room. 2. The beds have a metal kick plate under them that makes a horrific noise! 3. There are soap and shampoo pumps in the tub, but no soap for the sink. 4. We stayed two nights- no housekeeping staff even entered our room- no clean towels, beds untouched, trash not emptied. The night clerk made a note with no apology and gave me clean towels, and...

“Water dripping from ceiling. LOUD A/C system prevented us from sleeping and got for 30 min then cold for 30 min. TV system not user friendly.”

“The toilet would not flush, room had not been cleaned. The television did not work. We were not offered another room. We didn’t end up staying. We drove back home.”

“This was the most clean place we stayed at. Very clean and handicap accessible awesome shower. Had everything you needed.”

“We booked a king and ended up with a twin size bed. They said there was overbooked”

“We booked on Expedia and when we arrived at the property the office was lock up tighter than Dicks hat band and couldn’t find anyone. So we left and they still charged us for the stay!! This is actually a half way house and not a motel. It is very ridiculous to have this on Expedia when no one is around. We would like a full refund!!”
