“The room was very rundown. Expedia over charged me $66.16 and I won’t be using Expedia anymore. To many other sites that won’t overcharge you.”

“The room smells, looked nothing like the pictures, and it was not clean nor safe. It was old- like 1950s old. It looked like a hotel you see in the movies when the coroner comes ”

“We did not have the best stay on this trip. The toilet did not work in the first room so we needed to relocate to another room. The nightstand lamp did not work. The remote did not turn the tv off. The tv volume maximim setting was barely sufficient to hear it from the bed. The room was on the first floor with the window facing the back parking lot; each morning around daybreak the big trucks would idle loudly for 20 minutes. The shower sounded like a huge whistling tea kettle for some unknown...

“The lobby smelled horribly. Imagine cat urine and peppermint is the only way to describe the smell. Unfortunately my room was on the first floor and it smelled like the lobby. The WiFi was extremely unstable. The connection would last 5 minutes and then drop. I would re-log in and stay connected for 5 minutes. This went on last night and very early this morning. The man at the front desk was super friendly but I would never stay there again. ”

“Second time staying there. Super clean & comfy! High class with reasonable prices. Staff really friendly & accommodating!”

“Bath tub stains, toilet had odor and hallway walls had repair work in progress. Pool inaccessible as well. Breakfast was served from 6-9; I arrived at 7 to bacon so crispy it snapped and with only a few strips left. Potatoes undercooked and oversalted. Coffee that was lukewarm needed to nuke it in microwave right from dispenser. Certainly not like my Marriot chains but their availabity was full.”

“First we rented a roof that had a handicapped accessible restroom. When we arrived the room was unavailable they said bc of a water leak. So we were stuck in a room with a bathroom the size of a closet. Not wheelchair friendly at all. The good part was the service to try and replace the room was excellent and the people working there very helpful and nice. The room was nice and clean so I'll give it that. The hallways going to the rooms are not clean however. But keys worked the inside and...

“The beds are entirely too high! I had to use the sheets to pull myself up on the bed and my husband to push from behing...I stand 5'6" !! The room wasn't completely clean, there were water rings on the desks and counters and the tv remote was very sticky! Also, the lights by our King bed didn't work and light switches that went to "nothing!" The hot breakfast had several items to chose from and food was hot! The coffee in the lobby was terrific! But we will not stay there again! They need lower...
