“The the whole place was very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient. I will definitely be staying there the next time I go to Jacksonville. ”

Only thing that was a bit concerning is that there were several young guys hanging in the parking lot most of the timr when we went to our car. ”

“This hotel is completely unacceptable and unsafe. I was given a room different from what I booked and still charged more. After only a few nights, my body was covered in bedbug bites, and the mattress showed clear signs of infestation and poor hygiene. I had to change rooms, and the replacement room was barely functional. The worst part: after checkout, I left three bags at reception to collect later, and two were stolen. The staff and management showed zero responsibility or urgency. No one...

“Breakfast and staff were great”

“Shouldn’t have carpet in an animal friendly hotel. Staffs dog peed on the floor next to me, the dog smell was horrendous in the lobby. ”

“The breakfast menu was very good except for one item...the choices of cereal. Two of the 3 were full of sugar! Like lucky charms, etc. Usually there is raisin bran, corn flakes and something like the cheerios. Very disappointed since I like cereal in the morning. These sugary cereals are unhealthy especially for kids. ”

“Room was clean and most staff was friendly. Free breakfast was ok. Had to ask staff to replenish milk, sausage, etc. in order to eat. There were a lot of guests eating at the same time. We would stay here again.”

“Just a bit disappointed for the price I paid, wasn't expecting top shelf anything but there were much cheaper stays in the area compared to this one. There was a bit of an element walking around the parking lot when I got there in the evening, room was clean but some of the linen appeared to have light staining and the plumbing fixture for the shower was incredibly difficult to work. Lastly, the breakfast was good but pretty thin on options.”
